Global Play Day!

On Wednesday, February 5th Steward School
is celebrating Global School Play Day 2020!
This means no screens, no structure, just play!

Calling All Toys!
The children can bring anything they wish to play with to school
on Wednesday, February 5th.
The only restrictions: they must bring toys and these toys
may NOT require batteries or electricity. No devices.
Here are some ideas: board games, dolls, Legos, blocks, trucks, cars, race tracks,
playing cards, empty cardboard boxes, markers, craft materials, jigsaw puzzles,
blankets (for forts), social games (charades, Pictionary, etc.)
The only exception on the electronics rule would be a board game
that has an electronic timer, an electronics play kit, or similar.
Of course, the children will have access to all the wonderful toys
we have here in our Kindergarten classroom!

Items can be brought to school on Wednesday morning so
we will be all set for Global Play Day!
